Q STAT = 4 error when import a GEDCOM
We have got a gedcom from somebody, who works with Family Origins.
At importing the gedcom we got many times the message:
Not able to find source SO in bkgedsor.tmp - STAT = 4
A Assuming you have BK 6.1 the problem is that the gedcom file refers to some sources that do not exist in the file.
In other words, the gedcom file says a certain event has source number 123
But source number 123 does not exist in the gedcom file, so that is a problem with the gedcom file.
